Gamification Storyline:

In this Serious Business Game, you and your employees train in the role of Yulia. She is a well-known aerospace project manager who was hired by NASA to lead the ARM project to repair a robotic arm for the International Space Station that was damaged in a recent accident.

 

The training is divided into four different sprints or work weeks, during which participants can prove their skills and knowledge as remote project managers. This involves assigning and coordinating tasks and responding to the needs of individual team members. Will the team have everything ready in time so that the spaceship GL-2020 can dock with the ISS? The answer depends on the skills and abilities of their manager. Go ahead! Ensure your success under the new conditions!
