Description
How Group Registration Works
If you are purchasing more than one registration, please follow the steps below to ensure all attendees are properly registered for the event.
Step 1 — Select Quantity
Choose the number of registrations you would like to purchase and click Add to Cart.
Each quantity represents one attendee registration for the event.
Step 2 — Proceed to Checkout
When you are ready, go to your cart and click Proceed to Checkout.
On the checkout page, you will:
- Review your order details
- Agree to the website policies and terms
- See a checkbox at the bottom that says “This purchase includes registration for myself.”
👉 Important:
- Leave this box checked if you are one of the attendees.
- Uncheck this box only if you are registering others and will not be attending yourself.
Then click Place Order to complete your purchase.
Step 3 — Add Attendee Details
After placing your order, you will be taken to an order confirmation page.
Click the “Registration Form” button to enter attendee information.
On the registration screen:
- Click Add Registrant
- Enter the attendee’s First Name, Last Name, and Email Address
- Repeat for each attendee
- Submit the form to finalize registration
You can return later to add registrants by logging into your account and viewing your order
